How does red light therapy work?

Photons of red and infrared light allow cells to use oxygen efficiently and stimulate ATP production in mitochondria, supporting healing, regeneration and performance. Red light helps mitochondria work better and create more water and energy.

How to use Red Light therapy panels?

Use the panels at a distance of approximately 30 to 60 cm from the body for 10 to 20 minutes. For superficial body parts 5 to 10 minutes, for deeper parts 15 to 30 minutes. For deeper penetration, turn on the pulsation.

What is grounding (earthing)?

Grounding is a conductive connection with the earth, through which we can receive electrons from the ground, which the body uses for energy production, regeneration and other important processes.

What is the UV light in the device good for?

UV light stimulates nitric oxide production, vitamin D production, melanin and activates non-visual photoreceptors (opsins), which help regulate circadian rhythm, metabolism and sleep.

How to use blue light blocking glasses?

We recommend wearing them regularly, at least 90 to 120 minutes before going to bed. In summer later, in winter as early as 5:00 or 6:00 p.m.

Should I close my eyes or wear glasses during therapy?

We recommend keeping your eyes closed. Both red and infrared light penetrate through the eyelids. Always wear safety glasses when using UV light.
