The torch is operated easily with just one main button. Each press of the button cycles to the next mode.

• Press once: red (630 + 670 nm) – shines in the so called 'continuous' mode;
• Press twice: red (630 + 670 nm) - pulses at 10 Hz;
• Press 3 times: infrared light (850 + 900 nm) - shines in the so called 'continuous' mode;
• Press 4 times: infrared light  (850 + 900 nm) - pulses at 10 Hz;
• Press 5 times: blue light (460 nm) - shines in the so called 'continuous' mode;
• Press 6 times: blue light (460 nm) - pulses at 10 Hz;
• Press 7 times: all five wavelengths shine - so called 'continuous' mode;
• Press 8 times: all five wavelengths shine - pulse at 10 Hz;
• Press again: the torch switches off.
