Choosing the right shoe size:
Our Mitochondriak® grounding barefoot shoes use standard EU sizing. This makes it easy to choose your size based on the shoes you normally wear. Here is a handy chart and guide:
Length: We recommend that you always choose a size that leaves at least 1 cm of margin for your foot size.
Width: You can adjust the shoes to your foot thanks to the laces along almost the entire length of the shoe.
