What is grounding (earthing) and what are its benefits?
What is grounding (earthing), what are its benefits, and why is it important for each one of us? Why not use and draw free energy with "no extra time" whenever you’re walking somewhere? For example, on a walk with your kids or on the way to work?

What is grounding and why is it important for every one of us?
Grounding is a conductive connection with the Earth that allows us to draw electrons from the ground and at the same time transfer unwanted oscillations that arise due to artificial EMFs on our body into the earth. For those interested in a more technical explanation, we have it below, directly from one of our founder Jaroslav Lachký.
Technical explanation for "geeks" by one of our founder - Jaroslav Lachký:
For those of you who want to understand how grounding works on a technical level or want to explain it to someone close to you—we’ve prepared a brief expert explanation from one of our founder Jaroslav Lachký.
Jaro explains it like this: "Grounding works on a similar principle as old televisions made from cathode tubes. A cathode tube is basically a glass vacuum tube where a negatively charged plate (the cathode) is heated, causing it to emit (“shoot out”) electrons. These electrons then hit the surface, forming an image. This means that when the sun rises in the morning, acting as a cathode tube, it releases free electrons on the earth’s surface it touches. Our Earth in this case is the anode. If you consider that humans are the only primates with sweat glands, it’s clear that these electrons from the large anode (Earth’s surface) pass more easily into the smaller anode (the human body) through the moist, conductive connection!"
Final recommendations:
Nowadays, when we spend most of our time indoors and isolated from the earth, we often feel tired, have insufficient recovery during sleep, or are often hungry, which can be caused by being disconnected from nature and lacking electrons. It’s often difficult to find a moment during the day for a barefoot walk in nature, so a great solution is Mitochondriak® grounded barefoot shoes that allow you to enjoy all the benefits of grounding on every walk, without having to think about being barefoot.
