Complaints and returns

If you wish to return a package or resolve a complaint (e.g. replace damaged goods), please use the form and our automated self-service system below this text. If you for some reason don't know what to do, write to us at hello@mitochondriak.com.

Fill out the form

 

Fill in the required information in the appropriate form below, stating the reason for the complaint/exchange or return of the goods. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with further steps and necessary instructions.

Pack the goods

Carefully pack the goods back in the original packaging or other suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport, along with accessories. If you are returning the goods within the 30-day trial period, they must be sent in the original packaging and with all accessories!

Send the goods to us

Wait for further instructions from us and either have the package picked up by a courier or take the package to the Post Office (your choice). The sent package will be marked with an ID or address/label (you will receive the details from us). Keep the shipping receipt as proof that you have returned the goods and for tracking the shipment.

Wait for refund/exchange

After receiving and checking the returned goods, our support will inform you about the receipt of the complaint or return. The exchange/refund process may take several days, but usually does not exceed 14 days. You will receive voucher or the money to the account from which you originally paid for the goods.
