How grounded shoes differ from regular footwear

The biggest advantage of this footwear compared to others is that it is grounded. This means the sole is made of a material that allows your feet to be in conductive connection with the earth even while wearing shoes. Thanks to this, we are able to draw energy from the earth. This helps us prevent inflammation, regenerate better, stimulates our mitochondria to function more efficiently, and slows down the wear of the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, etc.).

Mitochondriak® grounded barefoot shoes, thanks to their elegant design, are suitable for everyday wear, whether in the city or in nature. The sole is black, which doesn’t get dirty easily, and the upper part can be chosen in white or black. 

The white option, with its unique combination with the black sole and elegant appearance, is great for wearing in the city or among people. 

The black option, on the other hand, is suitable for any everyday activities, whether it’s a walk in the park with your dog or playing with kids on the playground. Black shoes provide elegance, comfort, and a look that matches almost any casual outfit. 

The sole is not smooth, which ensures better traction and reduces the risk of slipping. The shoes are therefore also suitable for nature walks or wet grass, though not for hiking and challenging terrains such as rocks or large stones. Thanks to their neutral appearance and colors, the shoes are suitable for both men and women and pair well with various types of outfits. 

What materials are Mitochondriak® grounding shoes made of?

The sole is made of rubber with an added component (graphene), which provides conductivity. On the inside, an insole made of pigskin, most similar to human skin, is stitched with silver thread for the best grounding effect. The upper part is made of synthetic leather (microfiber), making them easy to clean and low-maintenance. With the black shoes, you can easily clean the upper with just a wet wipe. This material also makes the shoes waterproof.

Choosing the right shoe size:

Our Mitochondriak® grounding barefoot shoes use standard EU numbering. You can easily choose your size based on the shoes you normally wear. Here is a practical table and tool:

Length: We recommend that you always choose a size that leaves at least 1cm of margin compared to your foot size.

Width: You can adjust the shoes to your foot thanks to the laces along almost the entire length of the shoe.
